Happy fall! This newsletter fills you in on what’s new at Spokes: our Marketing Coordinator, services, and student stories. Read to the end to learn about standardized test dates this fall and test prep recommendations.
Meet Jessica Kuzy, Our Marketing Coordinator
Have you noticed that our social media has gotten an upgrade in the last few months? Meet Jessica Kuzy, who joined us in May as our Marketing Coordinator. She’s been working behind the scenes to make our Instagram and Facebook pages full of relevant and helpful resources. If you don’t follow us already, this is a great time to do so. We are currently publishing a campaign to get study strategies and relevant resources out to you.
New Service Offerings This Fall
This summer, we added several new service offerings based on community requests. We now offer tutoring for:
High school applications and testing, including essay editing and organizing, ISEE, and SSAT
Jewish Studies, including modern Hebrew, Torah reading and chanting, Jewish history and laws, Torah study, and officiating Bar and Bat Mitzvahs for current students
If you or someone you know is interested in signing up for these services, you can forward or reply to this email. Reminder - families who make referrals receive a free 1-on-1 student session as a thank you.
Introducing Student Stories
We are proud to present our new Student Stories. These Stories are real case studies of how we’ve worked closely with families to provide a unique and exemplary tutoring experience.
Our business places a special focus on its ability to support students over several years and provide them multiple services. These first few stories we’re sharing highlight this aspect of our approach and the wonderful connections we have made with students and families.
Upcoming Test Dates and Study Guidelines
These are the ACT and SAT dates offered this semester. Register at least one month in advance.
ACT: October 18, December 13
SAT: October 4, November 8, December 6
We strongly encourage students to start testing in the second half of 11th grade and to study for 12 weeks before the test date. However, it’s not too late to prepare for fall 2025 tests. We provide accelerated test prep services to students testing this fall.
